PIONEER REGIONAL METROPOLITAN DISTRICT
As required by Section 32-1-207(3)(c), C.R.S., the following report of the activities of Keenesburg Parkway Metropolitan District No. 1 (formerly Pioneer Metropolitan District No. 1) (“KP No. 1”), Keenesburg Parkway Metropolitan District No. 2 (formerly Pioneer Metropolitan District No. 3) (“KP No. 2”), Pioneer Metropolitan District No. 2 (“District No. 2”), Pioneer Metropolitan District No. 4 (“District No. 4”), Pioneer Metropolitan District No. 5 (“District No. 5”), Pioneer Metropolitan District No. 6 (“District No. 6”), and Pioneer Regional Metropolitan District (“Regional”, and together with KP No. 1, KP No. 2, District No. 2, District No. 4, District No. 5, and District No. 6, the “Districts”) from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025 is hereby submitted.
A. Boundary changes made:
The following boundary changes were made in 2025:

The Districts’ public improvements were not involved in any litigation in 2025.

The Districts did not construct public improvements during 2025.
F. Conveyances or dedications of facilities or improvements, constructed by the Districts, to Weld County:
The Districts did not convey any facilities or improvements to Weld County in 2025.
