I. ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS
A. Present disclosures of potential conflicts of interest and confirm quorum.
B. Confirm quorum, location of meeting, posting of meeting notice and designate 24-hour posting location. Approve agenda.
C. Public comment. Members of the public may express their views to the Board on matters that affect the District that are otherwise not on the agenda. Comments will be limited to three (3) minutes per person.
D. Review and consider approval of the minutes of the October 20, 2025 Statutory Annual Meeting and the Regular Meeting (enclosures).
II. LEGAL MATTERS
A. Conduct Public Hearing on Petition for Exclusion from SEC 18 FARM, LLC, for the exclusion of approximately 160 acres of real property (aka Cook Property) out of the boundaries of Keenesburg Parkway Metropolitan District No. 1 and consider adoption of Resolution No. 2026-10-01; Resolution for Exclusion of Real Property (enclosures - Petition and Resolution).
III. OTHER BUSINESS
A. Confirm a quorum for the November 16, 2026, Regular Board Meeting / Budget Hearing to be held at 2:00 p.m., via Zoom.
IV. ADJOURNMENT
The next regularly scheduled Board Meeting is scheduled for Monday, November 16, 2026, at 2:00 p.m., via Zoom Teleconference – BUDGET HEARING.
